The Lake Chaparral Residents Association offers space rentals and bookings of various types for additional costs. All rentals and bookings are subject to availability and are offered on a “First-Come, First-Served” basis. All rentals and bookings are subject to the terms and conditions listed within each rental/booking Agreement – copies are listed below beneath each booking type.

Function Room Rental
Includes the hourly or daily rental of the LCRA Function Room, including the attached kitchen; appliances include a stovetop/oven range, sinks, refrigerator, and freezer.
Payment, in full, must be made to secure bookings; payments for Function Room rentals are only accepted on-site (via debit, cash, or cheque). A deposit is also required to secure Function Room bookings (via cash or cheque – cheque preferred).
Member Rate: $40.00/hour + GST
Non-Member Rate: $60.00/hour + GST

Cookshack Rental
Includes rental of one on-site cookshack, including one picnic table indoors, one picnic table outdoors, grill/pit (charcoal briquettes only), and a 20-foot perimeter around the cookshack.
Payment, in full, must be made to secure bookings; payments for Cookshack rentals can be made online (via credit, LCRA membership portal) or on-site (via debit, cash, or cheque).
Member Rate: $15.00/hour + GST
Non-Member Rate: Not available to non-members
Large Group Booking
Includes booking of any on-site group larger than the Guest Policy allowance (1 member for every 6 non-members); only 2 Large Group Bookings are permitted at any one time.
Payment, in full, must be made to secure bookings; payments for Large Group Bookings must be made on-site (via debit, cash, or cheque).
Member Rate: $10.00/hour + GST
Non-Member Rate: Not available to non-members
