Eureka! The Inventors Camp
Creative Contraption Warning!!!
In our Eureka Camp, campers will go on an incredible scientific journey through the Ages from Leonardo da Vinci to Outer Space. From Medieval Times to Science Fiction, this fun camp covers a lot of ground and scientific concepts. Each day, with instruction and guidance from our Mad Scientist’s, campers will be given a series of challenges which must be overcome using basic materials, simple machines, tips from world famous inventors and the most important thing of all… their imagination. With a little bit of ingenuity they’ll construct catapults and forts and then lay siege, fabricate innovative flying contraptions, design their own gizmo prototypes, and will even assemble a working Light Saber to take home. This is one exciting week filled with team building, cooperation, problem solving, and of course loads of fun, educational, hands-on experiments and activities. Campers will also receive a Mad Science T-Shirt and daily take-home projects. Did we mention that this camp will be SUPER FUN?!?!

Jr. NASA Outer Space Explorers
Activities and projects in this camp have been co-created by Mad Science® and The NASA® Langley Center for Distance Learning making it the perfect camp for any Jr. Mad Scientist that loves Outer Space. Campers will learn about Planets & Moons, the Science of Flight, Air Pressure, Living in Space, Rocket Science and will build a HUGE space station using Lego®. Campers take home the following Mad Science® items: a Sky Hawk, an Astrolander Parachute, a Spacewalk Challenge, a Space Guide, a Space Copter and a Mad Science® T-Shirt. This camp is going to be out of this world!

Jr. MAD-Earth Science Explorers
his afternoon camp will spark big imagination and an understanding of how parts of the world work around us. Campers will learn about small creepy crawlers, massive dinosaurs, Animals & Birds on Land, Life in the Sea and all about Rocks and Minerals. Campers create and take home the following Mad Science® items: an Insect-a-Vision, a Bug-Pooter, a Dinosaur Tooth, various Animal Tracks, an Anaglyph Sea Puzzle, a cup full of identified rocks, minerals and gems, a pet rock, a bird house and a Mad Science® Lab Coat. This camp will be so much fun for any Jr. Mad Scientist who loves nature.
