ON GOING PROGRAMS
All programs that run out of the lake house are open to residents and non-residents. All information, cost and registration is done through program instructors.
Please contact the specific instructor that teaches the program you are interested in.
Offers classes Monday through Friday (times vary) for Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop for ages 3 and up.
Lake Chap Play Group:
Come meet other parents and kiddos in Chaparral! This amazing group meets every Wednesday from 10:45 am to 12:30 pm until the end of May. Its a great chance for the little ones to make new friends and burn off some energy before lunch. Outdoor fitness classes at the Chaparral Lake where anyone (18+) can feel comfortable working out. Classes focus on proper form, strenght training, endurance, balance and core stability. Check out www.workoutbuds.ca for mroe detials or join the "Chaparral Workout Buds" Facebook group for updates!

Restorative Yoga -
Need to recharge ,relax, restore: come to restorative yoga. Restorative yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body;Suitable for everyone. Very little movement - very gentle.

Taekwondo Panda (Aged 3 to 6 year old)
This class is designed to introduce the little warriors to martial arts. Structured and age-appropriate Taekwondo classes incorporate games, fitness, social skills, meditation and relaxation techniques.
Our unique approach helps children discover their potential and gain confidence while having a lot of fun.
All Open Taekwondo (Aged 7+)
This class focuses on helping our students set up goals and achieve them through a step-by-step well structured Taekwondo program.
