About

The Lake Chaparral Residents Association (LCRA), established in 1994, is a non-profit organization that governs the activity and membership of Lake Chaparral, a 32-acre man-made lake surrounded by a 22-acre park located within the community of Lake Chaparral in Calgary, Alberta. Membership is restricted to residents of the Lake Chaparral community, with annual membership fees that are registered as a legal encumbrance on each property’s land title.

Active members retain access to the lake, park, amenities, events, and activities. Various third-party programs are also hosted throughout the year, some of which are available to the public, regardless of membership status.

It is the responsibility of all members to read, understand, and educate their guests on the LCRA Information Package, and associated rules, regulations, and expectations. Infraction of rules, or violation of policy, can result in further action up to, and including, the suspension of membership privileges.
