Property owners may keep or relinquish their membership privileges to renters; renters and property owners may not both retain membership privileges at the same time.
For renters to have access to the LCRA park, lake, and facility, the property owner (landlord) is required to attend the LCRA Office in-person to complete a form that transfers the membership privileges to the renters. It is up to the property owner to decide if the annual membership fees are worked into the rental agreement, or if they will pay the fees themselves.
