All levels welcome.
Individuals participating in this Vinyasa style class will move with breath, through a series of poses improving balance, strength & flexibility. Body awareness & proper alignment will also be integrated. You will come away refreshed, renewed & invigorated!
Dress comfortably, bring a mat, water bottle & your open mind.
