Members must sign in all guests with staff at the front gate prior to entry into the park. Members MUST stay on the premises with their guests at all times. If the member is leaving, they are responsible for ensuring their guests are leaving at the same time. No exceptions. Members are NOT allowed to sign in other Lake Chaparral Residents, each resident is to check in upon arrival with their own valid lake card. (Please note the number of guests per member is limited)
Guests are not entitled to any equipment rental privileges (ie: Basketballs, Tennis Rackets, Boats) at any time.
Residents under 12 years of age are not permitted into the park unless accompanied by someone over the age of 12.
Residents ages 12-15 will have a valid lake card, and are allowed to check in 2 guests at any given time.
Adult residents (16 years and older) are allowed 6 guests at any given time; all guests must be signed in at the front gate.
Please note: Guests are considered to be anyone living in Chaparral Valley,Chaparral Ridge and any other community outside of Lake Chaparral.
Families (2 or more Adult card holders) are allowed a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. Any more than this is considered a large group and residents need to book ahead and pay for a large group booking, providing a list of all guests; prior to entry. A large group is only permitted into the park upon 48 hours notice, approval of park management and payment of an additional user fee. Information is available at the Facility office.
Only two large groups are permitted in the park per day.
Lake Chaparral members will assume full responsibility for their guests actions at all times when participating in the Lake/Park Facility amenities. Please make sure they are aware of all park rules. Residents and their guests use the park/amenities at their own risk.
